Founded in 2013, the International College (IC) of Yunnan Agricultural University (YNAU) is located in Kunming, Yunnan Province. It is mainly responsible for Chinese-foreign Cooperatively-run Education Projects, Chinese International Education, international student education and management, and China-ASEAN education and training at YNAU.

Upholding the motto of "Integrating the Best of Ancient and Modern, Cultivating the Talents Internally and Externally", the College adheres to the socialist direction of education, takes moral education and talent cultivation as its fundamental principle. It tries its best to leverage the academic advantages of  YNAU and devotes to introduce high-quality educational resources from abroad. Therefore, IC always keeps forging ahead and creates brilliance.

IC has signed cooperation agreements with more than 10 overseas universities, including University of Wolverhampton and Liverpool John Moores University in the UK, Lincoln University in New Zealand, Sangji University and Yeungnam University inthe republic of  Korea, and Chiang Mai University in Thailand, etc. to carry out substantive education & scientific research cooperation, as well as teacher-student exchange. As an important platform to support the internationalization of education and research at YNAU, it is committed to building a highland for education internationalization in Yunnan, facilitating cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, and serving the demand for high-level international talents in society.
