关于2026年中国政府奖学金年度评审的通知

各位中国政府奖学金生：

To all Chinese Government Scholarship Students:

2026年度中国政府奖学金评审工作已启动，年度评审合格的奖学金生方可继续获得下一年度的奖学金，请务必严肃对待，现将有关事项通知如下：

The 2026 Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship has been initiated. Only those who pass the annual review will be eligible to continue receiving the scholarship for the next academic year. Please take this matter seriously. The relevant arrangements are as follows:

一、评审对象/CANDIDATES

1.2026年9月之后将继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生；

Ⅰ. Chinese Government Scholarship students who will continue their studies after September 2026;

2.原计划于2026年7月毕业，但申请延期且符合延期要求的学生（原则上仅限博士研究生，具体要求查看通知）；

Ⅱ. Chinese Government Scholarship doctoral students who were originally scheduled to graduate in July 2026 but apply for extension and meet the extension requirements (in principle, limited to doctoral students; please refer to the relevant notice for specific requirements);

3.上一年度评审不合格被中止奖学金资格的学生。

Ⅲ. Chinese Government Scholarship students whose scholarship was suspended due to an "unqualified" result in the last annual review.

注：当前处于休学状态的学生可不参评。

Note: Students currently on suspension of schooling are not required to participate in the review.

二、评审内容/REQUIREMENTS

1.评审内容包括奖学金生的道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现。最终的评审结果为合格和不合格。评审合格的学生，将在下一学年度继续享受奖学金资格。评审不合格的学生的奖学金资格将会被中止或者取消。

Ⅰ. The annual review will be conducted based on the moral behaviour, academic performance, learning and research attitude, and participation in extracurricular activities. The evaluation opinions are divided into two types: qualified and unqualified. Those with a total score of 60 or above will be regarded as qualified. For those students who are not qualified, China Scholarship Council will suspend or cancel the scholarships.

2.学生使用中文填写。

Ⅱ. Students shall complete the application form in Chinese.

三、评审流程/REVIEW PROCEDURES

1.2026年4月30日前学生登录网站完成自评

Ⅰ. Students’ Self-evaluation (Before April 30, 2026)

中国政府奖学金生请使用本人CSC号登录https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/ ，进入奖学金年度自评页面，完成自评信息填写、上传附加材料后点击提交。

Chinese Government Scholarship students should log in https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/using their CSC number, access the annual self-evaluation page, complete the required information, upload additional materials, and click submit.

注：如忘记密码，可通过与CSC账号绑定的邮箱重置密码。若无法找回密码，请发送邮件至studyinynau@ynau.edu.cn。

Note: If you forget your password, you can reset it via the email address bound to your CSC account. If you are unable to retrieve your password, please send an email to studyinynau@ynau.edu.cn.

2.2026年5月6日—5月15日导师/辅导员及培养学院评价

Ⅱ. Evaluation by Supervisors/Counselors and Colleges (May 6–15, 2026)

学生提交自评报告后，请前往留学生事务办公室领取《中国政府奖学金年度评审表》（导师/辅导员及培养学院评价部分），由导师或辅导员根据学生过去一年或一学期的表现进行量化评分与定性评价。请于2026年5月15日17:00前将表格交回留学生事务办公室。

After submitting the self-evaluation report, students should go to the International Students’ Affairs Office to obtain the Chinese Government Scholarship Annual Evaluation Form (for evaluation by supervisors/ counselors and colleges). Supervisors or counselors will conduct quantitative scoring and qualitative evaluation based on the students’ performance over the past year or semester. The completed form should be returned to the International Students’ Affairs Office before 17:00 (Beijing Time) on May 15, 2026.

3.2026年5月18日—5月22日学校评审

Ⅲ. Review by the University (May 18–22, 2026)

学校奖学金评审委员会将根据学生自评及导师/辅导员、培养学院评价完成评审工作。

The YNAU Scholarship Committee will complete the review based on the student’s self-evaluation and the evaluations provided by supervisors, counselors, and colleges.

4.公布评审结果

Ⅳ. Release of Review Results

我校将向国家留学基金管理委员会提交年度评审报告，评审结果经国家留学基金管理委员会批准后，由国际学院（留学生事务办公室）通知学生本人。

YNAU will submit the annual review report to the China Scholarship Council. After the results are approved by the China Scholarship Council, the International College (International Students’ Affairs Office) will inform the students accordingly.
