一、岗位介绍

1.About the Role

我们招募经验丰富、有教学热情的英语语言教师，于今年暑期（7-8月）在云南农业大学教授为期4-8周的学术英语预备课程。该密集型课程旨在帮助我校学生做好入学准备，顺利进入以英语为授课语言的本科及研究生学位课程。

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated English Language Teachers to deliver pre-sessional English language courses（4-8weeks） over the summer period（July-August）in Kunming. These intensive programmes prepare international students for entry onto English-medium undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes.

受聘教师将负责开展教学、评估工作，帮助学生提升在高等教育阶段取得成功所需的学术语言能力、学习技能与学习信心。

Successful candidates will teach, assess, and support students as they develop the academic language, study skills, and confidence required to succeed in higher education.

二、主要职责

2.Key Responsibilities

1.采用以学生为中心的交际教学法教授课程，课堂生动有趣。

(1)Deliver engaging, face-to-face English language classes following a communicative, student-centred approach.

2.培养并提升学生在说、听、读、写四项语言技能上的综合能力。

(2)Teach and develop students’ proficiency across all four language skills: Speaking; Listening; Reading;Writing.

3.帮助学生应对大学学习在语言与学术方面的各项要求，包括：

·学术写作与规范引用文献；

·研讨会讨论技巧；

·理解学术讲座；

·批判性阅读与笔记记录。

(3)Prepare students for the linguistic and academic demands of university study, including:

·Academic writing and referencing

·Seminar discussion skills

·Lecture comprehension

·Critical reading and note-taking

4.根据《学前学术英语预备课程》的学习目标与考核标准开展教学。

(4)Deliver lessons that align with pre-sessional learning outcomes and assessment criteria.

5.落实校方提供的教案，并根据需要进行调整。

(5)Bring to life lessons plans provided, and adapt as necessary.

6.评估学生学习进度，批改课程作业与考核任务，并及时提供具有建设性的反馈。

(6)Assess student progress, mark coursework and assessments, and provide constructive, timely feedback.

7.利用虚拟学习环境（VLE）开展以下工作：

·获取并共享教学资源

·上传学习资料与学习任务

·鼓励学生参与课堂参和开展自主学习

(7)Use a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) to:

·Access and share teaching resources

·Upload learning materials and tasks

·Support student engagement and independent learning

8.按校方要求参加各类标准制定、讨论和课程教研会议。

(8)Participate in standardisation, moderation, and course meetings as required.

9.准确记录学生考勤、考核情况及学习进度。

(9)Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and student progress.

三、任职基本要求

3.Essential Requirements

1.持有 TEFL/TESOL 相关资格证书（如 CELTA、Trinity CertTESOL 证书）并具备相关教学经验，或拥有 TESOL应用语言学或相关专业学位。

(1)A TEFL/TESOL qualification (e.g. CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL) plus relevant experience or a degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.

2.具备在高等教育或预科衔接课程中教授学术预备英语或学术英语的相关经验。

(2)Proven experience teaching pre-sessional or academic English in a higher education or pathway context.

3.能够熟练运用交际教学法，教授英语四项核心技能。

(3)Demonstrated competence in teaching all four skills using a communicative approach.

4.具备考核评估学生学术英语语言能力的相关工作经验。

(4)Experience assessing academic English language skills.

5.具备出色的沟通能力、组织能力及课堂管理能力。

(5)Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.

四、优先考虑条件

4.Desirable Experience

1.能够熟练运用数字平台与虚拟学习环境辅助线下教学。

(1)Confidence using digital platforms and Virtual Learning Environments to support face-to-face teaching.

2.具备在国际化环境中教授学术用途英语（EAP）的经验。

(2)Experience teaching English for Academic Purposes (EAP) in an international context.

3.熟悉英国高等教育的要求与学术规范。

(3)Familiarity with UK higher education expectations and academic conventions.

4.有指导国际学生为学位课程做准备的相关经验。

(4)Experience working with international students preparing for degree study.

五、我们提供的岗位待遇

1.提供交际教学法所需相关培训。

(1)Training on the communicative approach required.

2.提供课程所用虚拟学习平台 Canvas 的操作培训。

(2)Training on how to use Canvas, the VLE used within the course.

3.完善的教学管理支持与共享教学资源。

(3)Supportive academic management and shared teaching resources.

4.教学时薪500人民币/小时。

(4)500 RMB for one teaching hour.
