云南农业大学外国留学生奖学金2026/2027学年招生简章
根据《云南农业大学外国留学生奖学金管理办法（试行）》，我校留学生奖学金2026/2027学年度招生工作已开始，具体内容如下：
一、招生类别、期限、专业及授课语言
（一）招生类别：全日制本科生、硕士研究生和博士研究生；
（二）奖学金期限：本科生4-6学年，硕士研究生3-4学年，博士研究生4-5学年；
（三）奖学金资助期限为录取时确定的学习年限，包括汉语补习和专业学习的期限，原则上不予延长。

二、奖学金内容和标准
A类奖学金:用于支付全部学费（本科生6000元/人/年；硕士研究生8000元/人/年，博士研究生10000元/人/年）和学生公寓住宿费（1200元/人/年），其他费用自理。
B类奖学金：用于支付学费的50%（本科生3000元/人/年,硕士研究生4000元/人/年，博士研究生5000元/人/年），其他费用自理。
三、申请资格
（一）非中国籍公民，身心健康；
（二）初次申请并符合我校入学申请资格或已在我校学习的全日制学历留学生（包括博士研究生、硕士研究生和本科生）。
（三）学习、科研态度端正，成绩优良；
（四）未同时获得其他各类奖学金，包括中国政府奖学金、云南省政府奖学金及外国政府奖学金等；
（五）学历和年龄要求：
1.本科生奖学金申请者：应具有高中毕业或具有同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄不超过25周岁；
2.硕士研究生奖学金申请者：应具有学士学位或具有同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄不超过35周岁；
3.博士研究生奖学金申请者：应具有硕士学位或具有同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄不超过40周岁。
4.申请人原则上中文能力应至少具有HSK四级水平。
四、招生人数
A类奖学金拟招收本科生5人，硕士研究生3人，博士研究生3人；
B类奖学金拟招收本科生1人，硕士研究生1人，博士研究生1人。
五、申请截止时间
2026年6月30日
六、申请流程
申请人在规定时间内登录报名网站http://ynau.at0086.cn/student，按要求提交申请后，纸质版申请材料请邮寄到指定地址。
七、纸质版申请材料
（一）非在校生申请材料
1.《云南农业大学外国留学生奖学金申请表》（附件1）可用中文或英文填写，不可手写；
2.个人有效普通护照信息页。护照有效期须至2026年12月31日及以后；
3.经过公证的最高学历证明和学习成绩单，应届毕业生提交所在学校出具的预计毕业证明原件，中、英文以外文本须提供经公证的翻译件；
4.HSK等级证书（HSK四级180分及以上）；
5.来华学习或研究计划（本科生不少于300字，进修生不少于400字，研究生不少于500字），用中文或英文书写；
6.申请硕士研究生和博士研究生奖学金，需提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
7.申请本科生奖学金，需提供中国教育部“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”(CSCA测试)至少2科成绩单复印件，原件于报到时核查。
8.《外国人体格检查记录》（附件2）（由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制）复印件，用英文填写，申请人须严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查，有执业医师签章，缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间；
9.无犯罪记录证明；
10.个人经济能力证明或经济担保证明，如由他人提供经济担保，请提交关系证明及相应材料；
11.其他文件：获奖证书、发表论文等其他可证明学习能力和综合素质的文件；
12.如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人所在学校或单位出具的在学证明或在职证明，中英文以外文本需附中文或英文的译文。
注：以上材料请按上述顺序在左上角装订成册（一式两册）寄送给指定联系人（详见本通知第八条）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。
（二）云南农业大学在校生申请材料
1.《云南农业大学外国留学生奖学金申请表》。
2.留学生所在学校/学院出具的成绩单（加盖公章）。
3.留学生所在学院推荐信一份。
4.《外国人体格检查记录》（由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制）。申请人须严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。
5.HSK等级证书（HSK四级180分及以上）。
6.个人有效普通护照信息页。护照有效期须至2026年12月31日及以后；
注：请按上述顺序将所有申请材料在左上角装订成册（一式两份），在报名截止时间之前交至国际学院留学生科或寄送给指定联系人（详见本通知第八条）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不予返还。
（三）符合条件的申请者于2026年6月30日前寄出以上申请材料。申请人条件不符合招生规定或申请材料不全，将不予受理。
八、录取及通知
（一）云南农业大学将组织专家对申请人的申请材料进行评审，遴选出拟录取人选，对符合条件者，择优录取。对我校研究生导师推荐的优秀外国留学研究生优先考虑。
（二）2026年7月15日前，云南农业大学向奖学金获得者寄发《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）等录取材料；
（三）不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留。

Yunnan Agricultural University International Student Scholarship Program Admission Guidelines for the 2026/2027 Academic Year
（This is a translated version of the Chinese brochure; in case of any discrepancies, the Chinese version shall prevail.）
In accordance with the "Yunnan Agricultural University Foreign Student Scholarship Management Measures (Trial)", the enrollment process for international student scholarships for the 2026/2027 academic year has commenced. The details are as follows:
Ⅰ. Admission Categories, Duration, Majors, and Teaching Language
(1) Admission categories: full-time undergraduate students, master's students, and doctoral candidates;
(2) Duration of the scholarship: 4–6 academic years for undergraduate students, 3–4 years for master's students, and 4–5 years for doctoral students.
(3) The duration of scholarship funding shall correspond to the academic period determined at admission, including both Chinese language remedial courses and specialized studies; extension is generally not permitted.

II. Content and Criteria of the Scholarship
Category A Scholarship: Covers full tuition fees (RMB 6,000 per undergraduate per year; RMB 8,000 per master's student per year; RMB 10,000 per doctoral student per year) and dormitory accommodation costs (RMB 1,200 per student per year), with all other expenses to be borne by the applicant.
Category B Scholarship: Covers 50% of tuition fees (RMB 3,000 per undergraduate per year, RMB 4,000 per master's student per year, and RMB 5,000 per doctoral student per year); other expenses are to be borne by the applicant.
III. Eligibility Requirements
(1) Non-Chinese citizens who are in good physical and mental health;
(2) Full-time international students applying for the first time who meet our university's admission requirements or are already enrolled there (including doctoral, master's, and undergraduate students).
(3) Maintain a proper attitude towards learning and research, achieving excellent academic performance;
(4) Has not simultaneously received any other types of scholarships, including the Chinese Government Scholarship, Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship, or foreign government scholarships;
(V) Educational and Age Requirements:
1. Undergraduate scholarship applicants: Must have completed high school or possess an equivalent educational qualification, demonstrate excellent academic performance, and be under 25 years of age;
2. Applicants for the Master's Scholarship: Must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, demonstrate outstanding academic performance, and be under 35 years of age;
3. Applicants for doctoral scholarships: Must hold a master's degree or equivalent qualification, demonstrate outstanding academic performance, and be under 40 years of age.
4. In principle, applicants should possess at least HSK Level 4 proficiency in Chinese.
IV. Number of Admissions
Category A scholarship program aims to admit 5 undergraduate students, 3 master's students, and 3 doctoral students.
Category B scholarship is intended to admit one undergraduate student, one master's student, and one doctoral student.
V. Application Deadline
June 30,2026
VI. Application Process
Within the specified timeframe, applicants should log in to the registration website http://ynau.at0086.cn/student, submit their application as required, and mail the paper version of all required documents to the designated address.
VII. Paper-based application materials
(Ⅰ) Application materials for out-of-campus applicants
1. The "Yunnan Agricultural University International Student Scholarship Application Form" (Appendix 1) may be completed in either Chinese or English; handwritten submissions are not permitted.
2. Information page of a valid personal ordinary passport. The passport must be valid until December 31,2026 or later;
3. Notarized certificates of highest academic qualification and academic transcripts; graduating students must submit the original graduation certificate issued by their institution, with notarized translations required for documents in languages other than Chinese or English.
4. HSK proficiency certificate (HSK Level 4 score of 180 or above);
5. Study or research plan for China (minimum 300 words for undergraduates, 400 words for visiting scholars, and 500 words for postgraduates), to be written in Chinese or English;
6. To apply for master's or doctoral scholarships, applicants must submit recommendation letters from two professors or associate professors, written in either Chinese or English.
7. To apply for an undergraduate scholarship, applicants must submit copies of academic transcripts from at least two subjects taken in the China Ministry of Education's "Academic Proficiency Test for Undergraduate International Students" (CSCA test); original documents will be verified upon enrollment.
8. A copy of the "Foreigner Physical Examination Record" (Appendix 2) (uniformly printed by China's health quarantine authorities), completed in English, must be provided by the applicant. The examination shall strictly adhere to the items specified in the "Foreigner Physical Examination Record," and it must bear the signature and seal of a licensed physician. The record will be invalid if any item is missing, if no personal photo is attached, or if the photo lacks a seam seal. Given that the validity period of the examination results is six months, applicants are requested to determine their physical examination schedule accordingly.
9. Certificate of no criminal record;
10. Proof of personal financial capacity or economic guarantee; if a third party provides the guarantee, submit proof of relationship and relevant supporting documents.
11. Other documents: award certificates, published papers, or any other materials that demonstrate learning ability and overall competence;
12. If the applicant is a current student or employed individual, they must additionally submit an academic attendance certificate or employment verification issued by their institution or employer; documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by translations into Chinese or English.
Note: Please bind the above materials in the specified order into two copies at the upper left corner and send them to the designated contact person (see Article 8 of this notice for details). Application materials will not be returned, regardless of admission outcome.
(II) Application Materials Required for on-campus applicants
1. "Yunnan Agricultural University International Student Scholarship Application Form".
2. Academic transcripts issued by the student's university/faculty (with official seal).
3. One recommendation letter from the student's home institution.
4. The "Foreigner Physical Examination Record" (uniformly printed by the China Health Quarantine Department). Applicants must strictly adhere to the items specified in the "Foreigner Physical Examination Record" during the examination. Records lacking any required items, without a personal photograph, or without a seam seal on the photograph shall be invalid. Given that the validity period of the examination results is six months, applicants are requested to determine their physical examination schedule accordingly.
5. HSK proficiency certificate (HSK Level 4 with a score of 180 or above).
6. Information page of a valid personal ordinary passport. The passport must be valid until December 31,2026 or later;
Note: Please bind all application materials in the specified order into a single volume (two copies) at the top left corner and submit it to the International Student Office of the International College or mail it to the designated contact person before the application deadline (see Section 8 of this notice for details). Application materials will not be returned, regardless of admission outcome.
(3) Eligible applicants must submit the aforementioned application materials by June 30,2026. Applications that do not meet the admission requirements or contain incomplete documents will not be accepted.
VIII. Admission and Notification
(1) Yunnan Agricultural University will organize experts to review the applicants 'application materials, select proposed admission candidates, and admit qualified candidates on a merit-based basis. Priority will be given to outstanding international graduate students recommended by our university's postgraduate supervisors.
(2) By July 15,2026, Yunnan Agricultural University shall send the admitted scholarship recipients the Admission Notice, the Application Form for Visa for Foreign Students Studying in China (Form JW202), and other admission documents.
(3) Applicants who fail to come to China for study within the specified admission period will not be eligible for the scholarship.
