I. Program，Duration and Teaching Language
1.Full-time Master’s Degree and PhD. Degree Programs
2. 2-3 years for Master’s Degree students and 3-4 years for Doctor’s Degree Students. The duration the scholarship covers will be written on the Admission Notice and it will both include the time for Chinese Language Learning and major study. Normally, we do not accept any extension of your study time.
3.The teaching language is Chinese.

III.Eligibility
1)Non-Chinese citizen with good health condition;
2) Master’s degree program applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree, and be under 35 years old;
3) PhD. degree program applicants must hold a Master’s Degree and be under 40 years old.

V.Deadline and Method for Application
1. Online application: applicants should visithttp://www.csc.edu.cn/laihuaand apply online from January 1st, 2020. Our Agency/Organization Code is 10676.
2. After filling all information, please submit your application and print the Application Form the systems provides and send all printed materials to us.
VI. Application Materials(One original and Two hard copies)
1. Application Form for CSC (download from(http://www.campuschina.org/index.html), written in English or Chinese. And the form is only valid with applicants’signature on it.
2.Applicants’highest academic degree certificatenotarized by a publicnotary. Those who are currently studying in a college or university are required to provide certification of their student status (provided by the college or university). Those who are employed after graduation are required to provide certification of their employment status (provided by their employer). Certificates/certifications written in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by a notarized Chinese or English Version.
3.Notarized transcript. Transcriptswritten in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by a notarized Chinese or English Version.
4.Study Planin English or Chinese (no less than 800 words).
5.Two recommendation letters in Chinese or Englishfrom two (associate) professors.
6.Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (applicants should hold the original one and keep it for registration). Download the form athttp://www.csc.edu.cn/laihuaorhttp://www.campuschina.org.The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
7.The copy of valid HSK or English Language Level Certificate（ifavailable).
8.Copy of passport (picture page).
9.Non-Criminal Record.

VII. Admission
1.After assessment and video interview by experts from Yunnan Agricultural University, the documents of qualified applicants will be delivered to the Education Department of Yunnan Province and National CSC.
2. YNAU will send Admission Notice and JW 201 Form to every awarded applicants in July;
3.Each of the applicants could only winonescholarship supported by the CHINESE GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM; if an applicant is recruited by more than one university, National CSC will choose only one university for this applicant.
4.Scholarship recipients shall not change their host university, field of study, or duration of study unless they give up thescholarship.
5.Scholarship will not be reserved if scholarship recipient cannot register before the registration deadline.
VIII. Deadline
Application packages must be received by theInternational Students’ AffairsOffice, International College ofYunnan Agricultural University, beforeApril15th, 2020. Late delivery and/or incomplete information may result in failure toapplication of CSC scholarship.

云南农业大学2020/2021学年度中国政府奖学金招生简章
一、招生类别、期限及授课语言
1.硕士研究生和博士研究生。
2.期限。硕士研究生2-3学年；博士研究生3-4学年。资助期限为录取时确定的学习年限，包括专业学习和汉语补习的期限，原则上不予延长。
3.授课语言为汉语。
二、奖学金内容

三、申请条件
1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；
2.学历和年龄要求：
●来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；
●来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁。

五、申请时间及渠道
1.网上申请时间：2020年1月1日起申请人可以在网页上填写申请，网上申请地址为：http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua
网上申请时，需填写申请信息的第一项为招生机构代码。我校的招生机构代码为：10676，请各申请人准确填写。
2.申请人需登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（登录http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua或http://www.campuschina.org后，点击“网上报名学生入口”图标进入）填写申请信息，在线提交并打印《中国政府奖学金申请表》。之后将中国政府奖学金申请表》和其他要求的纸质材料一并邮寄到我校国际学院留学生办公室。
六、申请材料（均为一式三份）
1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》（自行在网址http://www.campuschina.org/index.html注册填写，下载并打印），请用中文或英文填写，需本人签名才有效。
2.经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明。中英文以外的文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
3.成绩单。中英文以外的文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4.来华学习和研究计划，用中文或英文书写（不少于800字）；
5.两封推荐信。两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；；
6.《外国人体格检查记录》复印件（原件自行保留，来校报到时出示）。登录国家留学基金委网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua或http://www.campuschina.org下载，英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
7. 已获得HSK成绩报告的，请将复印件附在申请材料中；
8.护照照片页复印件；
9.无犯罪记录证明。
以上材料请按上述顺序在左上角装订成册（一式两册）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。
七、录取及通知
1.我校将组织专家对申请人的申请材料进行评审，进行视频面试后遴选出拟录取人选，拟录取人员经国家留学基金委审核合格，即可获得中国政府奖学金资助来华学习；
2. 7月初，云南农业大学向奖学金获得者寄发《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表）等录取材料；
3.每名奖学金获得者只能获得一个中国政府奖学金项目的资助；对于同时被多所高校录取的奖学金申请人，留学基金委仅为其保留一所学校的奖学金资格；
4.奖学金获得者入学后不得变更录取院校，原则上不得变更学习专业及学习期限；
5.不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留。
八、报名截止时间
请将申请材料于2020年4月15日前寄到我校国际学院留学生办公室，逾期不予受理。

3.申请时请务必确保你的护照有效期在一年以上，即应在2021年6月1日前有效。如不足一年，请提前更换护照后再进行申请。因护照变更导致无法录取，全部责任由申请人承担。
