一、招生类别、期限及授课语言
（一）硕士研究生和博士研究生。
（二） 期限。硕士研究生2-3学年；博士研究生3学年。资助期限为录取时确定的专业学习年限，原则上不予延长。
（三）授课语言为汉语。
二、奖学金内容
包含学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险。详见“中国政府奖学金介绍”。（https://www.campuschina.org/）
三、申请条件
（一）非中国籍公民，身心健康；
（二）年龄、学历、语言要求：
1.来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；
2.来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁；
3.申请以中文为专业教学语言的学科、专业的，攻读硕士、博士学位者，中文水平须达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级。
四、招收专业
云南农业大学所有硕士和博士研究生招生专业均面向中国政府奖学金学生招生，具体专业信息详见：https://www.campuschina.org/。
五、申请时间及渠道
（一）网上申请时间截止时间：学生需于2024年3月4日前在国家留学基金委网页上填写申请，网上申请地址为：https://www.campuschina.org/；
（二）申请人需登录留学中国网，点击“学生注册”按钮，注册账户，注册成功后，使用注册的账户登录系统；
（三）网上申请时，必须正确填写“受理机构编号”，云南农业大学的机构编号为：10676；
（四）正确选择系统中的“留学项目种类”，请选择“B类”留学项目种类，点击“新增申请”按钮，开始录入申请信息。
六、申请材料
（一）《中国政府奖学金申请表》（自行在网址https://www.campuschina.org完成填写）中文或英文填写，必须本人签名才有效，下载并打印；
（二）护照首页。有效期应晚于2025年6月，如果不符合要求，请及时更换新护照；
（三）经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，需提交本人就读学校出具的预毕业证明或在学证明；
（四）学习成绩单（自本科阶段起）。可提供中/英文成绩单，如为中/英文以外语种，必须附经公证的中文或英文的翻译件；
（五）来华学习计划。仅限中文或英文书写（不少于1000字）；
（六）推荐信。提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求，仅限中文或英文书写；
（七）《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保留，须英文填写）。申请人可登录国家留学基金委网站http://www.campuschina.org下载。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为6个月；
（八）语言能力证明。申请人需提交本人的HSK成绩报告单（HSK四级180分及以上）；
（九）无犯罪记录证明。申请人需提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件；
（十）个人简介视频。录制个人简介视频，视频内容包括自我介绍、科研成果、学习计划、学习目标等；视频时长3到5分钟，格式为MP4、WMV、AVI等；尽量使用中文或英文进行介绍；确保视频图像清晰、声音清晰。个人简介视频和其他材料应于2024年3月4日前一起发送到电子邮箱：studyinynau@ynau.edu.cn。
以上材料请按上述顺序在左上角装订成册（一式三份）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。
七、录取及通知
（一）我校将组织专家对申请人所提交的申请材料进行评审，并通过视频面试遴选出拟录取人选，将拟录取人员名单报送至国家留学基金委审核，审核通过后即可获得中国政府奖学金；
（二）2024年7月前，云南农业大学将向奖学金获得者寄发《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表）等录取材料；
（三）每名奖学金获得者只能获得一个中国政府奖学金项目的资助；对于同时被多所高校录取的奖学金申请人，留学基金委仅为其保留一所学校的奖学金资格；
（四）奖学金获得者入学后不得变更录取院校，原则上不得变更学习专业及学习期限；
（五）因特殊情况（含因新冠肺炎疫情、出入境政策等）不按录取期限来华学习者应以书面形式告知我校，否则奖学金资格不予保留。
八、报名截止时间
请将申请材料于2024年3月4日前寄到我校国际学院留学生办公室，逾期不予受理。

十、其他注意事项
（一）电子邮箱是我校与申请人联系的首选渠道，请务必确保申请表中填写的邮箱地址是常用且有效的邮箱。申请人因未及时查看邮件所造成的一切后果由申请人全部承担；
（二）纸质材料中的“来华学习计划”非常重要，请完整撰写自己的研究和学习计划，如已有研究成果，请一并附上有关材料；
（三）申请时请务必确保个人护照有效期晚于2025年6月30日。如不足一年，请提前更换护照后再进行申请。如因护照变更导致无法录取，全部责任由申请人承担。

YUNNAN AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY ADMISSION FOR CHINESE GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Academic Year 2024-2025
I. Program，Duration and Language of Instruction.
1. Full-time Master’s Degree and Doctor’s Degree Programs
2. 2-3 years for Master’s Degree students and 3 years for Doctor’s Degree Students. The duration will be written on the Admission Notice. Normally, we do not accept any extension of your study time.
3. Chinese-taught programs.

III. Eligibility
1. Non-Chinese citizen, and be in good health both mentally and physically;
2. Master’s degree program applicants shall hold a Bachelor’s Degree, and be under 35 years old;
3. PhD. degree program applicants shall hold a Master’s Degree and be under 40 years old.
4. have acquired the Chinese proficiency of HSK Level 4 when applying for Master’s degree program and PhD. degree program.

V. Method for Application
1. Online application: applicants should visit (https://www.campuschina.org/) and apply online before March 4th, 2024.
2. Visit “CSC Study in China” website and click “Scholarship Application for Students” athttps://www.campuschina.org/. Register an account through [CREATE AN ACCOUNT] and log in with your account.
3. Agency/Organization Code of Yunnan Agricultural University is 10676.
4. Select the correct “Program Category”. Please select Program Category “Type B”, click “New Application”, and start filling in the application information.
VI. Application Materials
1. Application Form for CSC (download from https://www.campuschina.org), written in English or Chinese. And the form is only valid with applicant’s signature on it.
2. Copy of Passport Home Page. If the validity of the applicant’s current passport does not meet the requirement (the passport expires before June 2025), please apply for a new passport before submitting the application.
3. Notarized highest diploma.Those who are currently studying in a foreign college or university are required to provide certification of their student status (provided by the college or university).
4. Academic transcript (from the undergraduate program onwards).Transcripts can be in Chinese or English, but must be attached with notarized English translation if they are in foreign languages other than English.
5. A study plan proposal. A study plan written in Chinese or English shall contain more than 1,000 characters or words.
6. Recommendation letters. Two letters of recommendation (written only in Chinese or English) from professors or associate professors shall be submitted. These letters shall describe the applicant’s objectives of learning in China, comprehensive abilities, and evaluation of future growth.
7. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (applicants should hold the original one and keep it for registration). Download the form athttp://www.campuschina.org. The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.
8. Language qualification certificates. Applicants for（HSK-Chinese-taught programs must submit valid HSK reports (HSK4 score 180 or above).
9. Non-criminal record report. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record Report issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.
10. A short video of self-introduction.Please record a video of personal profile and send it to:studyinynau@ynau.edu.cn before March 4th, 2024. The video include self-introduction, scientific research achievements, study plan and aims in Chinese. (Other requirements: Videos should be within 3 to 5 minutes in MP4, WMV or AVI format, and please make sure the image and voice are clear.)
Notice:Please organize all materials in order of 1-9 and stapled on top left corner (three copies) and send to YNAU by post. The materials are not returnable.
VII. Approval and Notification:
1. After assessment and video interview by experts from Yunnan Agricultural University, the documents of qualified applicants will be delivered to the Education Department of Yunnan Province and Chinese Scholarship Council.
2. YNAU will send Admission Notice and JW 201 Form to every awarded applicants in July, 2024;
3. Each of the applicants could only win one scholarship supported by the CHINESE GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM; if an applicant is recruited by more than one university, CSC will choose only one university for this applicant.
4. Scholarship recipients normally shall not change their host university, field of study, or duration of study unless they give up the scholarship.
5. Candidates, including those who are influenced by COVID-19 or entrance policy, who cannot register before the deadline shall make a formal request to YNAU, otherwise the scholarship will not be reserved.
VIII. Deadline
Application packages must be received by the International Students’ Affairs Office, International College of Yunnan Agricultural University, before March 4th, 2024. Late delivery and/or incomplete information may result in failure to application of CSC scholarship.

X. Notes
1. E-mail is the first choice for our college to contact the applicants, so please ensure that the e-mail address in the application form is the most often used one and be effective. The applicants shall be responsible for all the consequences caused by the failure to check the mails in time;
2."Study Plan Proposal" is quite critical, so please write your own research and study plan. If you have published papers or research results, please attach them too;
3. Make sure that your passport won’t expire in at least one year (valid before June, 2025). If not, please renew or extend your passport before you apply. Applicants shall take full responsibility if the information does not match during any stages, especially while registration.
