关于2024年中国政府奖学金年度评审的通知

各位中国政府奖学金生：

2024学年中国政府奖学金年度评审工作已启动，年度评审合格的奖学金生方可继续获得下一年度的奖学金，请务必严肃对待，现将有关事项通知如下：

一、评审对象/CANDIDATES

1.2024年9月之后将继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生；

1.China Scholarship Council (CSC) students who continue to study in YNAU after September 2024；

2.原计划于2024年7月毕业，但申请延期且符合延期要求的学生（原则上仅限博士研究生，具体要求查看通知）

2. CSC PH. D. students who should graduate in July 2024 as planned, but will apply for extension and meet the extension requirements;

3.上一年度评审不合格被中止奖学金资格的学生。

CSC students who were ranked as “unqualified” in the last annual review and whose scholarship has been suspended.

注：当前处于休学状态可不参评。

It is not allowed for those who are in the suspension of schooling to apply for the scholarship.

二、评审内容/REQUIREMENTS

1.评审内容包括奖学金生的道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现。最终的评审结果为合格和不合格。评审合格的学生，将在下一学年度继续享受奖学金资格。评审不合格的学生的奖学金资格将会被中止或者取消。

1. The annual review will be conducted based on the moral behaviour, academic performance, learning or research attitude and participation in extracurricular activities. The evaluation opinions are divided into two types: qualified and unqualified. Those with a total score of 60 or above will be regarded as qualified. For those students who are not qualified, China Scholarship Council will suspend or cancel the scholarships.

2.中文授课学生尽可能中文填写，英文授课学生可用英文填写。

2. Students taught in Chinese shall fill in the application form in Chinese as much as possible, and students taught in English can fill in the application form in English.

三、评审流程/Review Procedures

1.4月22日前学生登录网站完成自评/Students Self-evaluation

1. CSC students should log inhttps://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/ through CSC number, enter the annual self-evaluation of scholarship, complete the self-evaluation information, upload additional materials and then click submit before 24: 00 (Beijing time) on April 22, 2024. Please inform your supervisors or counselors after click submit, that they may receive an evaluation email.

Note: If the password is forgotten, student can retrieve the password from the mailbox which is bound to the CSC id account. If the students cannot retrieve the password, send an email to the email address studyinynau@ynau.edu.cn.

2.4月23日-4月30日导师/辅导员评价/Supervisors and counselors review

After receiving the email containing the login link, temporary user name and password, supervisors or counselors will make quantitative scoring and qualitative evaluation based on the students' performance in the past year or semester before 24: 00 (Beijing time) on April 30, 2024.

3.5月7日-5月11日学校评审/Review by School

YNAU Scholarship Committee will complete the review based on the student’s self-evaluation and tutors and counselors’ review before May 11, 2024.

4.公布评审结果/Release the review results

YNAU will report the annual review report to CSC, and the International College (International Students’ Affairs Office) will release the review results after approved by CSC.
