云南农业大学2024/2025学年度
外国留学生奖学金招生简章
根据《云南农业大学外国留学生奖学金管理办法（试行）》，我校2024/2025学年度云南农业大学留学生奖学金招生工作已开始，具体内容如下：
一、招生类别、期限、专业及授课语言
1.招生类别：全日制本科生、硕士研究生和博士研究生；
2.奖学金期限：本科生4-6学年，硕士研究生2-4学年，博士研究生3-4学年；
3.申请专业：见学校网站。
4.奖学金资助期限为录取时确定的学习年限，包括汉语补习和专业学习的期限，原则上不予延长。
二、奖学金内容和标准
A类奖学金:用于支付全部学费（本科生6000元/人/年；硕士研究生8000元/人/年，博士研究生10000元/人/年）和学生公寓住宿费（1200元/人/年），其他费用自理。
B类奖学金：用于支付一半学费（本科生3000元/人/年,硕士研究生4000元/人/年，博士研究生5000元/人/年），其他费用自理。
三、申请资格
1.初次申请并符合我校入学申请资格或已在我校学习的全日制学历留学生（包括博士研究生、硕士研究生和本科生）。
2.学习、科研态度端正，成绩优良；
3.未同时获得其他各类奖学金，包括中国政府奖学金、云南省政府奖学金及外国政府奖学金等；
四、招生人数
A类奖学金拟招收13人，B类奖学金拟招收20人。
五、申请截止时间
2024年5月30日
六、申请流程
申请人直接向我校国际学院提出书面申请，申请表格可直接在国际学院网站下载。电子版申请材料请发送到指定邮箱，纸质版申请材料请邮寄到指定地址。

七、申请材料
1.非在校生申请材料
（1）《云南农业大学外国留学生奖学金申请表》。
（2）经过公证的最高学历证明和学习成绩单；如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人所在学校或单位出具的在学证明或在职证明，中英文以外文本需附中文或英文的译文。
（3）《外国人体格检查记录》（由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制）。申请人须严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。
（4）学习、研究计划（本科生不少于300字，进修生不少于400字，研究生不少于500字），用中文或英文书写。
（5）申请攻读硕士、博士学位者和申请作为研究学者来华学习者，须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写。
（6）HSK等级证书。
（7）护照复印件。
（8）个人银行存款证明。
（9）个人简介视频。录制个人简介视频，视频内容包括自我介绍、科研成果、学习计划、学习目标等；视频时长3到5分钟，格式为MP4、WMV、AVI等；尽量使用中文进行介绍；确保视频图像清晰、声音清晰。个人简介视频和其他材料一起发送到电子邮箱：studyinynau@ynau.edu.cn
注：请按上述顺序将所有申请材料在左上角装订成册（一式两份）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不予返还。
2.在校生申请材料
（1）《云南农业大学外国留学生奖学金申请表》。
（2）留学生所在学院出具的成绩单（加盖公章）。
（3）留学生所在学院推荐信一份。
（4）《外国人体格检查记录》（由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制）。申请人须严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。
（5）HSK等级证书（HSK四级180分及以上）。
（6）护照复印件。
注：请按上述顺序将所有申请材料在左上角装订成册（一式两份）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不予返还。
3.符合条件的申请者于2024年5月30日前提交以上申请材料。
申请人条件不符合招生规定或申请材料不全，将不予受理。
八、录取及通知
1.云南农业大学将组织专家对申请人的申请材料进行评审，遴选出拟录取人选，对符合条件者，择优录取。对我校研究生导师推荐的优秀外国留学研究生优先考虑。
2.7月初，云南农业大学向奖学金获得者寄发《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）等录取材料；
3.不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留。

Application for International Students Scholarship 2024/2025
Yunnan Agricultural University
In accordance with "Scholarship Management Approach To Yunnan Agricultural University International Students (Trial)", the application for Yunnan Agricultural Scholarship 2024/2025 has already begun; the exact application information is as follows:
I. Types, Duration, Majors and Language of Instruction
1. Types: Full-time undergraduates, Master’s Degree and Doctor’s Degree students.
2. Duration
The Scholarship duration covers Chinese language study and major study. The duration, which cannot be extended in general, is 4-6 years for undergraduate programs, 2-4 years for master’s programs and 3-4 years for doctoral programs as to be specified in the Admission Notice.The duration will be written on the Admission Notice and it will both include the time for Chinese Language Learning and major study. Normally, we do not accept any extension of your study time.
3. Majors: All majors of YNAU are open to CSC applicants. Please visit (http://gjxy.ynau.edu.cn/info/1062/2160.htm) for further information.
4. Language: Chinese
II. Types and Standard of Scholarship
Type A: It covers tuition fee (Undergraduate: 6,000 Yuan/person/year, Master students: 8,000 Yuan/person/year, Doctor students: 10,000 Yuan/person/year) and the accommodation fee for on-campus dormitory (1,200 Yuan/person/year). No other stipend or other benefits.
Type B: It covers the half of the tuition fee in YNAU (Undergraduate: 3,000 Yuan/person/year, Master students: 4,000 Yuan/person/year, Doctor students: 5,000 Yuan/person/year), and students shall pay the other half of the study fee. No other stipend or other benefits.
III. Eligibility
1. Applicants shall be :
a. Students who apply for YNAU for the first time;
b. Students who are studying at YNAU
2. Applicants should have good attitude towards study and scientific research, and have excellent performance;
3. Applicants cannot hold any other kinds of scholarships, including Chinese Government Scholarship, the Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship and Foreign Government Scholarship, etc.;
IV. Enrollment Plan: 13 for Type A, 20 for Type B.

VI. Application Procedures
Applicants shall directly apply to Yunnan Agricultural University. Please visit http://gjxy.ynau.edu.cn/ and download Application Form for YNAU International Students Scholarship. Students can either mail the documents to us, or send the scan red documents to our email.

VII. Application Documents (in duplicate)
1. Application Documents for new students
a. Application Form for YNAU International Students Scholarship.(one original and one photocopy in Chinese or in English)
b. Highest diploma (notarized copies of degree certificate and diploma). If applicants are either students or are working, they must provide a study certification or the working certificate. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
c. A copy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form, bring the original ones when you come to China. The form designed by the Chinese quarantine authority can be downloaded from http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org). The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. The validity of physical examination is 6 months, therefore applicants should schedule their examination accordingly.
d. A study or research plan signed by the applicant in Chinese or in English ( no less than 300 words for undergraduates, no less than 400 words for Language students, no less than 500 words for postgraduates).
e. Two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English written by professors or associate professors for postgraduate applicants .
f. The copy of valid HSK.
g. A copy of the first page of the passport.
h. Certification of deposit.
i. A short video of self-introduction. Please record a video of personal profile and send it to:studyinynau@ynau.edu.cn. The video include self-introduction, scientific research achievements, study plan and aims in Chinese. (Other requirements: Videos should be within 3 to 5 minutes in MP4, WMV or AVI format, and please make sure the image and voice are clear.)
Note:
The above documents should be bound on top left corner (in duplicate) in order and sent directly to Yunnan Agricultural University. The application documents will not be returned.
2. Application Documents for YNAU students.
a. Application Form for YNAU International Students Scholarship.(one original and one photocopy in Chinese or in English)
b. Transcript from your college. (Stamped with official seal)
c. One letter of recommendation from your college.
d. A copy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form.(Within the 6 months expiration date)
e. HSK report.（HSK-4/180 or above)
f. A copy of the first page of the passport.
Note:
The above documents should be bound on top left corner (in duplicate) in order and sent directly to Yunnan Agricultural University. The application documents will not be returned.
3. Deadline
Submit the documents before May 30th，2024(in duplicate)
Applicants who do not meet the requirement or whose documents are incomplete, will not be accepted.
I. Approval and Notification:
a. Yunnan Agricultural University will organize experts to examine the application materials of applicants. Qualified candidates will be officially awarded Yunnan Agricultural International Students’ Scholarship.
b. Yunnan Agricultural University will send the Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202) to the scholarship recipients.
c. If applicants fail to register before the deadline for registration, their scholarship will not be reserved.
