The major ofAgricultural and Forestry Economic Management(Code:120301H),is a Chinese-foreignCooperatively-runEducationProject(MOEApproval CertificateNo.: MOE53NZ2A20151759N)and isjointlyrunby YNAU and Lincoln University(LU)in New Zealand. It was approved by the Ministry of Education in February 2016 and passedMOEqualification assessment in 2021.

Founded in 1878, LU in New Zealand ranks 372 in the QS World University ranking 2020-2021 (comprehensive) and 87 in the field of agriculture and forestry. The project introduces the high-quality educational resources of Food and Resource Economy from LU, relies on the teaching and practice resources of Agricultural and Forestry Economic Management of YNAU with a four-year academic schooling, and adopts a “3+1” training mode. That is, in the 1st-3rd academic year, students study at YNAU and those who meet the requirements in the 4th year can voluntarily choose to study at LU. Upon the expiration of the study period, those who meet the graduation requirements and degree awarding conditions of YNAU will obtain the undergraduate diploma and Bachelor of Management degree of YNAU. Students who study at LU in the fourth year can also obtain the Bachelor of Commerce degree of LU.

Up toDecember 2022, the Projecthas continuously enrolled students for seven years. There are currently 346 students on campus, with a total of 247 graduates from three graduations.
